RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Everform Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:
- Damaged items — Item arrives broken or defective
- Wrong items — You received an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or SKU)
- Missing items — Part of your order was not included
- Order not received — No tracking updates within 45 days of shipping date (US orders)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement Contact us at everformwear@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Process If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please Note
- Returns are generally not required — you may keep the item
- We cannot process refunds for orders older than 90 days
- Refunds are not available if tracking shows the order was delivered but you claim non-receipt (a non-delivery certification from the carrier is required)
- Damaged packaging only (product intact) does not qualify for a refund
Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled for a full refund before processing or shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Sale Items & Gift Cards All sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
